We absolutely loved the place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and clean. We got a rose and a glass of champers upon arrive and were ushered to our room in style. Ate at the Nova restaurant and had the Asian Thai ribs are to die for, try them! Did I mention how helpful the staff was??! There is a generator for all the power cuts we are having (Free from eishkom). We are definitely coming back, we felt right at home. It gives off class & is very aesthetically pleasing. 😁 I mentioned it was my partners birthday and they made sure to decorate the room without me opting for the birthday turn down package! Wow, talk them customer centric. 😍

I loved everything! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, and everything else in between. I was celebrating my 30th and I was surprised by a “Happy birthday” made with flowers on the bed and some rose petals. Absolutely loved and appreciated that. The luxury penthouse that we booked is unbelievably beautiful and huge! It was like walking into paradise. My sisters and I were treated like Queens. The food was out of this world. If I could rate the entire experience 11/10 I would! I could go on about this hotel but I just won’t finish.

Hotel Is beautiful interior and exterior , the neighbourhood is safe but no shops around which is not a big deal. The rooms are large. I stayed in a junior suite and this can fit a whole family and more. I was concerned about the toilet glass been see through but honestly it’s so frosted no one can see you when in the bathroom so you still have privacy .The hotel smells nice the service of the staff is 100/10 . Gym is big and nice , hotel is beautiful . it’s so big that i wasn’t able to explore all amenities.Please do not hesitate to book.

For me the Luxury Spa was just great esp the Infinity Pool. I spent the day thereafter a 9 day safari in Botswana (also wondeful) as mobile camping can be physically trying. So the day before my flight back to the US it was great to spend a day at the spa and the staff are also super friendly.
